The large seminar/presentation space is about 700 squ. ft. It has a beautiful view of the Ottawa River and nearby wooded areas. It can be setup for a lunch of about 125 people using rows of tables, fewer if using smaller cafe style seating areas. For a presentation it easily seats 125 with ample aisles for ease of movement. Bulletin boards with community and social responsibilities news can be covered with plain curtains if requested. The adjacent kitchen makes this an ideal room for a smaller conference or seminar which wants an entirely self contained space.
